12% Yield Or Greater Plus Upside

I just sent in a new article for Seeking Alpha.

Summary

The article briefly covers RC, NLY, AGNC, PSEC, and RITM-D.

Here are the views:

• RC: Good deal. $10.58 is cheap.

• NLY: $19.20 isn’t a bad deal, but it doesn’t get me excited either. Price-to-book is about .95 using our estimates.

• AGNC: Still no. The 16.1% dividend yield doesn’t completely offset the higher price-to-book ratio.

• PSEC: A trashy BDC, but the price is finally right. PSEC got slapped right in the share price.

• RITM-D: Not built for traders since the rate remains fixed for quite a while. It’s got a pretty good long-term value though. When the rate eventually resets, it would bump up to a very attractive rate if rates remain near current levels.
