New Baby Bonds (9%+ Yields) in Spreadsheet: Targets for MFAO
We recently added 3 baby bonds to our spreadsheets:
(MFAO)
(MITN)
(MITP)
I took a quick break from my work on Americold (COLD) to establish the targets for MFAO.
These targets utilize our work on MFAN in establishing a reasonable rate of return.
We have not currently set targets or risk ratings on MITN and MITP, though we might add them in the future.
Note: Scott Kennedy previously established a position in MITP, though the allocation is still very small.
