Sun Communities (SUI) SUI 0.00%↑ reported an interesting mix in guidance.

The projected growth rate in Core FFO per share is weak. That seems pretty negative.

On the other hand, the projected growth in every Net Operating Income metric ranges from pretty good to great.

I dove into the results. I’ll aim to keep it brief, but I’ll put a TL;DR (summary) at the bottom anyway.

SUI is a REIT that owns manufactured home parks, RV parks, and marinas.
