We’re closing out another position and reallocated the cash into a baby bond for some additional safety. This is reducing risk while locking in gains.

We could still be leaving some potential gains on the table, but we’re still getting an attractive yield to maturity and we’re locking in a very attractive gain. We earned 12.9% in a little over 6 months. That’s a pretty good deal.

Besides the position we closed and opened, we’re also going to share some charts to show the change in relative value over time. This makes it much easier to understand the reasoning behind our trading process.
