I’m following through with one of the “potential trades” from yesterday’s Portfolio Update.

We’re increasing our allocation in one of our higher-yielding positions.

Despite the price being a bit weak lately, I still see long-term potential.

Today’s commentary from management at NAREIT was encouraging as well.
