We’re increasing one of our positions.

I was planning to increase Rexford (REXR) REXR 0.00%↑ if it was doing poorly today. However, the rest of the sector was down while REXR was slightly up.

REXR finally dipped, but was still outperforming the other industrial REITs by a healthy margin. Then REXR proceeded to jump over 2% very quickly. That has it outperforming many peers by 4% to 5% on the day.

Consequently, I picked a different REIT.
