We’re closing out one of our high yielding positions.
This investment has done better than expected given the interest rate headwinds. We’re collecting a modest return and a very strong annualized return (over 20% annualized).
Not bad for a period when interest rates were moving rapidly against us.
We were able to harvest the gains on the majority of our position, but we still have some shares. Liquidity can be a bit weak and there was no reason to push it. We’re not trying to dump the shares, we’re just pocketing a respectable gain.
