Trade Alert X2 and Rating Update

We've got two trade alerts here. One for CWMF, and one for Scott Kennedy. We've also got a target range and risk rating upgrade (better).

I picked up some shares in one of the high-yield mortgage REITs today. This is intended to be a trading position, though the discount to targets is pretty large. It won’t be surprising it if takes a while for shares to reach targets. Consequently, I might be in this position a bit longer than usual.

Meanwhile, Scott picked up positions in one of the few BDCs that is trading below our target “buy under” price.
