When you create the Substack account, you get “suggestions” from Substack for additional newsletters to subscribe to. Those suggestions might be great, or awful, or anywhere in between. Since the suggestions are from Substack, I can’t control the suggestions in anyway. Fortunately, I believe this only happens right when you first create an account.

What do we think about the preferred shares (which came from SRC acquisition)?
How would lower interest rates impact Realty Income and other net lease REITs?
Is the size of O becoming a challenge for generating accretive acquisitions?
Why have we been less bullish on O (and other net lease REITs) than some other analysts?

Is O trading as much, or more, on its legendary success reputation than the likelihood it can sustain that success?
