Rexford's earnings call didn't live up to their usual high standard. The Q4 results weren't bad, but the guidance was weak and transparency was down. TRNO had a solid fourth quarter.
Have you by any chance looked at ABR before? The put premiums right now are crazy. A 2.5 strike for April was going for 0.2 yesterday. Current price is 12$. Its trading like its going to go bankrupt on next earnings.
I always enjoy your straight forward tell it as you see it approach. It sounds like you're suggesting this transparency change could be a cause to seek a divorce with this stock. Is that how you see it, or is it a case of wait and see if the relationship can be repaired?
I sold all my shares reading this article. When a company makes such a surprising decision and explains it in such a lame way, and they do this publicly, during a formal call, it tells me that the top leadership is weak. Strong leaders handle difficult things like this better.

Due to conflicts of interest, we're not able to provide coverage on ABR.
Thanks Colorado,
